She earned her Associate Degree in Science from South University in Montgomery, Alabama. She then received her Physical Therapist Assistant License from South University in Montgomery, Alabama, and has since built a career rooted in excellence across a variety of clinical settings—including hospital acute care with a focus on orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy.
Known for her dedication and ability to connect with patients, Teresa goes above and beyond to ensure individuals fully understand and feel confident in their treatment plans. Her ability to educate and empower patients is one of her most valued strengths.
Teresa has worked alongside Dr. Staci Heine, PT, for over a decade, officially transitioning into the role of Dr. Heine’s primary PT Assistant in 2019. She plays a key role in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, with a focus on improving function and promoting overall wellness. Together, they deliver a standard of care that is both highly professional and deeply personal.
