Kimberly Green Wood brings more than 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, combining professional expertise with a deep personal understanding of recovery. She earned her Associate’s Degree and licensure in Physical Therapist Assistant from Shelby State and is also a certified Massage Therapist through the Natural Healing Arts School of Massage Therapy.
Over her career, Kimberly has treated patients in outpatient clinics, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and aquatic therapy. She works with a wide range of patients, including athletes, seniors, and those recovering from surgery or neurological injuries, with a focus on orthopedic conditions, balance issues, arthritis, stroke, and sports-related injuries.
With 19 years of aquatic therapy experience, Kimberly offers gentle yet effective rehabilitative care in the water. Her work across Arizona, Memphis, and Desoto County has given her a broad perspective on patient needs and diverse treatment approaches.
Having navigated rehabilitation, herself after a car accident, Kimberly knows firsthand the challenges of recovery. She emphasizes patient education, helping individuals understand their treatment plan and empowering them to take an active role in healing.
A longtime PT assistant of Staci’s, Kimberly collaborates with her and Teresa to provide care that blends professional skill with compassion and fun. She finds the greatest joy in helping patients regain mobility, return to activities they love, and improve their quality of life.
